Jen and I are proud to bring you episode 20 of the Painting Tabled podcast. Something must have occurred in the shift from the teens to the twenties, as there are several details about this episode in particular that are worth mentioning.

1. The temperature in CT is starting to get hot, which means we can no longer comfortably record in our upstairs gaming room. The heat is nigh unbearable, and the noise from the air conditioner ruins the sound quality. That being said, we had to record this episode in the downstairs dining room, which has wood floors and is not overflowing with furniture and boxes of models. The result is that our voices echo. If anyone has suggestions for how we can mitigate this issue, then please let us know!

2. We are happy to say that Mike from Terranscapes joined us for the show. In addition to being a great guest and a knowledgeable hobbyist, he also has a crude vocabulary. Be warned, a few swears slipped through that we weren't able to bleep out. :-)

Thanks for tuning in, and we hope you enjoy our continued journey in the world of Warhammer podcasting!

Howdy! We have a couple of reminders/announcements for our dear listeners.

First off, I've launched a new series of videos on YouTube, chronicling my journey to complete the Vampire Counts for Blood in the Sun. Be sure to check it out on the Video page.

Second, don't forget about the contest we launched in Episode 19! Raffle tickets have been steadily selling. If you want a shot at winning a Reaper Master Series Paint Set (and perhaps some other surprises) then be sure to get your tickets before the end of the month. If you don't know what I'm talking about, then check out the information on the Forum.

Lastly, we're going to finish recording Episode 20 very soon. The Episode will feature a discussion about chaff! If you have any questions or advice regarding this topic, then please send it our way via Twitter (@PaintingTabled) or through the Contact page.

Episode 19 has just been posted. In this episode, our show focuses on our first impressions using the new Citadel Paints. Follow along as we paint new models with new paints and share our feedback in real time. Also, be sure to listen to the details on our new contest - this isn't one you want to miss!

Jen and I have finished recording Episode 19. However, we are going to hold off on releasing it until May 6th. Essentially, if we release it now we are going to have a difficult time getting another episode together for May 6th. So instead, it's like we just skipped the second episode for April. We really should have made this call before I left for China, but we were hoping to still make it work under the circumstances. So, we apologize for the delay, but hope you will enjoy our episode (which is all about the new Citadel paints) when it releases in 5 days.

We're sorry to report that Episode 19 has been delayed a bit, but should be available by the end of the week. We do have a legitimate excuse though, as I spent the past 9 days as a chaperon on a school trip to China. :-)

Jen and I brought our spiffy camera down to New Jersey and took a bunch of pictures before and during round one of the GT. Unfortunately, the camera was pretty much ignored for the rest of the weekend as we were too busy playing games, chatting it up with fellow gamers, and shouting "game breaking!"

Below are the pictures we managed to take - enjoy!

Episode 18 is now available for your listening pleasure. Check it out on the website and on iTunes. We have lots of thanks to give. First, to Jon and Peyton for joining us on the episode and helping us recap the Colonial GT. Also, to all of our listeners who participated in the riddle contest.

Jen and I are pleased to announce that we've fixed the issue with iTunes, and Episodes 16 and 17 are now both available to download. Hooray!

GW officially announced their new line of paints today. 145 colors to choose from, broken down in to several categories. Will this be an EPIC painting revolution? I bet GW thinks so! :-)

Episode 17 is here! Jen and I recap the Unplugged Gamers tournament. We discuss everything from the good, the bad, to the Gor. We also complain a lot of iTunes, and Mike wraps up his three part series of Forests. So go ahead and give it listen. Hope you enjoy!
